Bungie has revealed that their new, non-Halo IP is close to being signed by a new publisher.
Bungie's Lars Bakken told Eurogamer:
"I think internally we'll know sometime soon. I don't handle these things, but I'd imagine we're going to know way before we make the public announcement of who's handling that! But sure, I think those talks are, I guess, close."
Nothing is known of the new title, only that Bungie has been working on it in complete secrecy since they split with Microsoft in late 2007.
We may be waiting a little while for more information, as Bungie is busy with Halo 3: ODST and the similarly mysterious Halo: Reach.
